Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery Fees include a single delivery
Delivery fees are based on a single delivery only. Our team are happy to arrange multiple deliveries if needed for an additional fee.

Remote Locations 
Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.

Transit Damage 
All our deliveries include insurance. Please check all deliveries within 24 hours for damages as we cannot accept a damage claim outside of this timeframe.

Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance
Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level house only with flat drive ways. For apartment or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products. Please let our team know if there are access difficulties at your home. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive to site.

Authority to Leave
You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We will happily exchange or refund your purchase. We will provide an exchange or refund if:

  • You return the item/s within 60 days of purchase.

  • You produce either your original receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:

  • The item/s are in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all other accessories/parts.

  • The item/s are unworn, unused, unassembled and in its original condition.

  • The packaging has no marks, rips, tears and has not been drawn on.

  • Please do not attach any labelling to the outside of the packaging.

If any of these requirements are not deemed acceptable, Elitebathroomware reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund.

  • Free 30 day returns on stocked items. (Terms and conditions apply). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a 20% restocking fee will incur. Returns after 60 days are ineligible.

  • If you do wish to exchange or cancel your order, please call or email us directly. Have your order number or Invoice number ready.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Canberra Kitchen & Bathroom will not accept the return of items from clearance collection.

How Long is the delivery?

A standard delivery within Canberra will take up to 5 business days under normal cicumstance. If your order contains items that come from different supplier, we will send them in one delivery based on the longest product lead time. Please call us on 0426267376 if you need split deliveries, which can be arranged for a fee.

How to return a item ?

1/83 Gladstone St, Fyshwick, 2609 It is your own responsibility to return your item/s to us in the safest and most secure way to avoid any loss or damage. Please ensure you have attached your name, invoice/order number, and a contact number to your returned goods.

What happen if my order is out of stock?

We have wide range of collections, if for certain reasons we can not fuifill your order in time, we will notify you right away, we will provide estamated waiting time and alternative options.

What happen if I simply changed my mind?

You are able to return your item/s if you have changed your mind. We offer a 3 day change of mind policy.
